Superstar Rajinikanth scored a huge hit with the action drama Jailer 2. The film, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, had a birthday party scene, but the latest update suggests that the sequence was much bigger than we got to see.
Santhanam’s scenes were removed altogether from the final cut. He plays the event organizer, and Rajini traps him to take control of the event and execute his plan. Due to the lengthy runtime, the makers decided to keep the sequence short.
The BTS clips from the shoot, celebrating Vidya Balan’s birthday on the sets, have now surfaced, and fans are requesting the makers to release the uncut version on OTT. We need to see if that happens or not.
