The censor hurdles for Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay’s farewell film, Jana Nayagan, have finally come to an end. The CBFC has cleared the film for public exhibition with an A certificate. Fans have been waiting for this moment for the last few months.

The overseas distributors have revealed July 24 as the release date and have already kickstarted advance bookings. However, KVN Productions is yet to make an official announcement, which has come as a surprise.

Vijay admirers are wondering what is stopping the production house from making the formal announcement. With less than two weeks left for the release, it remains to be seen when the official update will arrive. Pooja Hegde, Bobby Deol, and Mamitha Baiju play key roles in the film.
