Janhvi Kapoor is facing criticism from Telugu movie fans following her recent comments about the portrayal of her character in Ram Charan’s Peddi.
During her appearance on Karan Johar’s show, the actress admitted that the presentation was objectionable and said she could have spoken up instead of silently following the director’s instructions.
However, her explanation has not gone down well with several Telugu fans. They feel that despite knowing what was happening, she cleverly shifted the blame onto others while trying to take responsibility.
Some fans are also questioning her double standards by sharing objectionable clips from her earlier films and trolling her on social media. Her comments have now sparked another debate around Peddi.
