Popular Tamil hero Jai is well-known to Telugu audiences through movies such as Ananthapuram 1980, Journey and Raja Rani. As per the latest updates, Jai, along with Tamil comedian Premgi Amaren, escaped unhurt in a freak car accident in the wee hours of Monday.
The incident took place at the famous Adyar Bridge in Chennai. Jai was driving his Audi and rammed into the railing of the bridge. Local police told the media that Jai was driving in an inebriated state, while Premgi denied cops’ version. Jai’s next release is a horror thriller titled Balloon. His rumored girlfriend Anjali is the film’s leading lady.
