Speculation over ‘Man of Masses’ Jr. NTR’s political entry began after an independent organization named RAW NTR launched “Ooru Vaada,” a village development initiative. As the campaign gained traction, many linked it to the actor, with social media drawing parallels to Tamil actor Vijay’s grassroots political outreach.
The buzz intensified after reports claimed Jr. NTR would make a political announcement on July 18, 2026. Banners hailing him as “CM NTR” and claims of a growing political network further fueled the speculation.
Putting an end to the rumours, Jr. NTR’s office issued a statement saying the actor and his team have “absolutely no association, affiliation, or involvement whatsoever” with RAW NTR or its activities. It also clarified that the organization is “neither authorised to represent Mr. NTR nor to communicate on his behalf in any capacity.”
The statement further said that any charitable initiative, public welfare activity, or official communication involving Jr. NTR will only be announced through his official channels, while urging the public and the media not to trust unverified information.
Meanwhile, Jr. NTR remains busy with his film commitments. The actor currently has Dragon, Devara 2, and God of War in his lineup.
