K S Ravikumar is all set to direct a big budget film with Rajinikanth in lead role and already, there’s no dearth of rumours about the project. Recently, it was widely reported that Anushka will be teaming up with Rajinikanth in this film and now, the name of a leading Bollywood heroine is doing rounds.
As per the latest buzz in Kollywood, apparently, the makers are in talks with Sonakshi Sinha as well to play the lead role. However, the official spokesperson of Rajinikanth has clarified that the heroine in this project hasn’t been finalized yet. “Do not jump into conclusions on Rajini, Sonakshi and Anushka. The team has held talks with a couple of actresses including Anushka and Sonakshi. But it is too early to comment about the involvement of any actors,” the PR team of Rajinikanth reportedly told the media.
Rockline Venkatesh is producing this film and it’s expected to go on floors later this summer. Rajinikanth’s upcoming film Kochadaiiyaan is slated for release soon and it stars Deepika Padukone in the lead role.
