Prawin Sri’s upcoming film Kaalicharan is making a lot of heads turn in the industry. Ever since the film’s trailer was aired, the film has become a talking point among movie lovers and the intense scenes in the trailer have already given an impression that this film will be like Rakta Charitra. It’s going to be an explosive emotional drama and the film narrates the story of two people who are at loggerheads with each others. Top directors like RGV and Vamshi Paidipally have praised Prawin Sri for coming up with raw and intense visuals. Talking about the film, Vamshi Paidipally said, “It’s very difficult to compose intense visuals and after watching the trailer, I was quite impressed with the way Prawin Sri and his team shot the scenes. I hope the film becomes a big hit at box-office.”

The film stars Chaitanya Krishna and Chandini in lead roles. Bhojpuri actor Pankaj Kesari is playing the villain’s role. The film is based on a real incident which happened in the early 80s in Palamoor region in Mahaboobnagar district. “I didn’t know if I could pull off this role, but Prawin Sri was quite adamant. I worked really hard to prepare for the role and we shot in really rough conditions. The intense emotions and action sequences were particularly quite difficult to pull off,” Chaitanya Krishna said. Nandan Raj has scored the music. The film is expected to release in May.
