Following the grand success of Jawan, actress Deepika Padukone is gearing up for her next ventures, including Fighter and Kalki 2898 AD. Adding to the buzz, another of her projects is back in the spotlight.
In a 2021 announcement, Deepika revealed her collaboration with Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan for The Intern, an official Hindi remake of the Hollywood hit. Despite earlier speculations of the film being shelved, recent whispers suggest that Deepika will commence filming in January 2024, although no official confirmation from the makers has surfaced.
Amit Ravinderanath Sharma is set to direct, with Deepika Padukone and Sunir Kheterpal taking on production duties. As we await further details, the anticipation for this project continues to build.
