It is a known fact that Kamal Haasan is shooting for his new film Indian 2 which is being directed by Shankar. Kamal plays an old freedom fighter in this film.
The legendary actor dons a lot of prosthetic makeup for his role and one of the unit sources reveals that Kamal is not having food and is only surviving on juices.
The source further adds that if Kamal Haasan chews anything, the makeup can fall off easily and that is the reason, he is starving himself for the role and is living only on juices.
