Tamil star Vijay’s latest political drama, Sarkar, has been entangled in a major political controversy ever since its release. Several leaders and followers of the ruling AIADMK party demanded the immediate removal of a few scenes which allegedly showed their government in poor light.
However, actor turned politicians Kamal Haasan and Rajinikanth extended their support to Sarkar. Both the stalwart actors strongly condemned the government for using muscle power to attack a film which was cleared by the Censor Board. Meanwhile, Sarkar’s team has agreed to remove the objectionable scenes to put an end to all the controversies.
