It’s been reported already that stalwart Tamil actor Kamal Haasan will once again join hands with maverick director Shankar for the sequel to their 1996 blockbuster patriotic drama, Bharatheeyudu. Lyca Productions will bankroll this highly-anticipated project with a massive budget.
Now, the latest updates reveal that Bharatheeyudu 2’s shoot will kick-start on January 18 in Chennai. Later, the unit will move to Pollachi for yet another major schedule. The film will also be shot extensively in Ukraine and Taiwan.
Star heroine Kajal Aggarwal will play the female lead in Bharateeyudu 2. A leading Bollywood star will be seen in a crucial role in the film. Anirudh Ravichander will compose the music.
