After taking a good start at the box office, Rishab Shetty’s Kantara Chapter 1 held well on day two with South states driving the majority of its business. The film also directed by Rishab Shetty received ultra positive reviews from critics.
In North America, the action drama surpassed the $1 million mark. Out of this, Kantara Chapter 1 earned $500K from premieres alone. There is still a long way to go and the movie needs to perform extremely well as the stakes involved are high.
