None expected Kantara would perform in this range when it was released in Kannada. However, due to the sensational demand from other language audiences, this Rishab Shetty was dubbed and released accordingly, and it is minting some crazy bucks everywhere.
The movie has collected close to 67 crores net to date from its Hindi version as per the PR and is still going super strong by collecting consistently each passing day. The film is now eyeing the magical 100 crore net mark from the north belt, and it actually has a fair chance of achieving it.
Till the release of Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya on November 25th, there aren’t any big releases, and also, last week’s three noted releases are performing poorly. So we might need to wait and see for a few more days to know where this rampage ends.
