Tollywood actor Nikhil has delivered a gigantic hit in the form of Karthikeya 2. As we reported earlier the film broke even in many areas in the Telugu states. Though the promotions in Hindi are almost nil, the buzz on it raised unexpectedly.
With this, the distributors added more screens with each passing day. Now the news is that the film has minted around 1.45 crores in 3 days from its Hindi version. On Independence day the film collected around 1.1 crores which is almost 300% higher than its day 2.
With no prominent Hindi releases this week, the collections are expected to further increase as the show count is also increasing. This is a staggering achievement for a mid-budget film. The film is directed by Chandoo Mondeti. Anupama is the leading lady.
