Hero Karthikeya’s upcoming release is Bedurulanka 2012, a content-driven thriller. The film’s glimpse video and first look poster received a good response from movie lovers. The makers are currently in the process of closing the non-theatrical business deals. The ongoing buzz in trade circles reveals that the makers have been getting lucrative offers from buyers.

Now, in a record feat, Bedurulanka 2012 has registered the highest USA theatrical rights deal in Karthikeya’s career thus far. The film’s US rights have fetched its makers a cool Rs 80 lakh. The Village Groupe distribution house has acquired the film’s US theatrical rights.

On the other hand, the film’s audio rights have been bagged by Sony Music for Rs 50 lakh. Bedurulanka 2012 is directed by Clax, while veteran composer Manisharma has scored the soundtrack. Neha Shetty is the film’s leading lady and Ravindra Benerjee Muppaneni has produced the movie under Loukya Entertainments banner.
