Tamil actor Karthi is playing an important role in Mani Ratnam’s prestigious Ponniyin Selvan. He also began dubbing works for Sardar which is slated for the Diwali release.
Meanwhile, there were news making rounds that his Viruman will be released on August 11th. Now the film completed its censor and was awarded a U/A certificate.
With the latest development, the speculations seem true as movies tend to complete their censor just before their release. We need to wait for official confirmation. The audio launch is planned on 3rd August at Madurai.
Viruman is produced by Suriya under 2D Entertainment and directed by Muthaiah. Sensational director Shankar’s daughter Aditi Shankar is making her film debut as the female lead in this flick.
