Suriya’s Karuppu, a rural mass action drama directed by RJ Balaji, is set to hit the big screens on May 14, 2026. In Telugu, the film will release under the title Veerabadhrudu. Trisha plays the female lead.
The film’s first official Telugu event will take place tomorrow in Hyderabad. The pre-release event is scheduled to begin at 6 PM at JRC Convention, with Suriya and other members of the team expected to attend.
The project is produced by S. R. Prakash Babu and S. R. Prabhu under the banner of Dream Warrior Pictures. Sai Abhyankkar is the composer.
