After facing several failures, Kiran Abbavaram scored a super hit with the mystery thriller KA. The young actor is now set to entertain audiences with the romantic film Dilruba, which features Rukshar Dhillion as the female lead. The film is directed by debutant Viswa Karun and it is slated for release on March 14.
During a promotional event, a journalist asked Kiran Abbavaram about the huge risk a commercial film carries in comparison to a new-age thriller. Kiran Abbavaram answered, “I am very clear about Dilruba. Whatever we are showing in the teaser and trailer will be present in the film. There won’t be any forced scenes or elements.”
Kiran Abbavaram added, “Dilruba has a unique emotion with a commercial touch. Our director is presenting a new emotion, and it will be thought-provoking. People will feel that we made a genuine attempt to tell a story. I am confident in the film’s success. It’s fine even if we don’t impress the audience but we shouldn’t irritate them. This is what I understood lately.”
