After proving himself as an actor, writer, and producer, Kiran Abbavaram is now stepping into the director’s chair. For his 13th film as a lead actor (KA13), he will also be taking on writing and directing responsibilities.
Tentatively titled Reality, the film was officially launched with a pooja ceremony, and regular shooting has already commenced in Hyderabad.
The project also marks the production debut of popular overseas distributor Sudhakar Chaganti under his banner, Joy Films. Mounted on a lavish scale, the film is expected to be the biggest-budget venture of Kiran Abbavaram’s career so far.
Billed as a youthful and commercial family entertainer with a distinctive storyline, the movie stars Devika Bhat as the female lead, while Bheems Ceciroleo will compose the music. The makers are expected to announce the rest of the cast and crew details soon.
