Sivakarthikeyan’s next release is Ayalaan, which is a science fiction film. This PAN Indian movie is directed by KS Ravi Kumar and has Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead. Initially, the makers planned to release the film for Diwali 2023.
However, the latest buzz among Kollywood film circles suggests that the movie might be released during Pongal 2024 and not for Diwali 2023. The film has an alien as the central character, and it is said that the delay in VFX works is the reason behind the postponement.
As per the gossip, the team doesn’t want to compromise on the quality. Sharad Kelkar, Isha Koppikar, Bhanu Priya, and Yogi Babu are playing other vital roles. Kotapadi J Rajesh is bankrolling this prestigious project under KJR Studios. AR Rahman is rendering the tunes for this film.
