This Friday promises to be a treat for Mega fans as Varun Tej’s horror comedy Korean Kanakaraju gears up for its theatrical release. Directed by Merlapaka Gandhi, the film stars Ritika Nayak as the female lead and has been carrying decent buzz ahead of its release.
Advance bookings are now open across the world, with the USA registering an encouraging response. According to the makers, the film has already crossed the $50K gross mark in premiere pre-sales. The numbers are expected to rise further if the paid premiere shows generate positive word of mouth.
Apart from Varun Tej and Ritika Nayak, the film features comedian Satya in a key role, while Daksha Nagarkar appears in the special song “Rasagummadi.” Produced by UV Creations in association with First Frame Entertainment, Korean Kanakaraju has music composed by Thaman.
