Well-known director Krishna Vamsi is currently busy with the works of his next film Rangamarthanda. This is the official remake of the Marathi film Natasamrat. Rangamarthanda is slated to hit the big screens in the mid of August.
Talking about the original, the director says he got emotionally driven by the film and moved to tears 7-8 times without his knowledge. The filmmaker expressed that the movie has a strong storyline that depicts how people are losing themselves running after money by ruining nature and society.
It is bankrolled by Abhishek Jawkar and Madhu Kalipu and stars Brahmanandam, Prakash Raj, Ramya Krishna, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Shivatmika Rajasekhar, Rahul Sipligunj, and Adarsh Balakrishna in the lead roles. Maestro Ilaiyaraaja is composing the film’s music. Megastar Chiranjeevi is lending his voice to this movie.
