Bollywood star hero Aamir Khan, well known as Mr Perfectionist, will be seen next in Laal Singh Chaddha, an official remake of Hollywood classic, Forrest Gump. Directed by Advait Chandan, the movie is all set to hit screens on August 11, 2022.
As the movie’s release date is not so far, the movie team has been promoting the film vigorously. Today, Aamir Khan landed in Hyderabad to attend his film’s event, which has Megastar Chiranjeevi and Naga Chaitanya as the chief guests.
During the event, Megastar said that he accidentally met Aamir in Japan in 2018 and noted that he got surprised on hearing when Aamir said that he decided to remake the Hollywood classic Forrest Gump. Chiru further added that Aamir is the finest actor in India who showcases variations from movie to movie.
Chiranjeevi referred to Aamir Khan as the Indian Tom Hanks because he can pull off the role with ease. Besides, Chiranjeevi launched the Telugu trailer of the movie.
Kareen Kapoor is the female lead in Laal Singh Chaddha, produced by Aamir Khan Productions, Viacom 18 Studios and Paramount Pictures. Chiranjeevi is presenting the Telugu version of the film in AP and TS.
