After creating a sensation in Kannada, the Rishab Shetty-starrer Kantara was released by Geetha Films Distribution in Telugu. The dubbed version is also showing its rage in Telugu states.
On Saturday, the raw and rustic movie raked in Rs.1.15 crores Nett in Nizam. With this, Kantara Telugu version has made a total share of over Rs. 5.2 crores in Nizam.
The Rishab Shetty directorial also has Sapthami Gowda, Kishore Kumar, and others in prominent roles. The small-budget movie is backed by Hombale Films and has Anjaneesh Loknath’s music.
