After sustaining a shoulder injury, NTR was advised to undergo arthroscopic surgery for quicker recovery. Today, the medical procedure was successfully performed at KIMS Hospitals, Secunderabad, by a team of orthopaedic surgeons.
Dr. R.A. Purnachandra Tejaswi, Dr. Nithin Bejjanki, Dr. Madhusudhan Rao, and Dr. Srinivas Rao Surgapneni led the surgery. NTR is doing fine now and will soon begin a structured rehabilitation programme.
Doctors state that NTR will return to normalcy within a 2-to-3-month timeframe. On the professional front, NTR’s next theatrical appearance will be in Dragon, a high-voltage action drama directed by Prashanth Neel.
