Kollywood magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan-1, directed by the star director Mani Ratnam, finally makes its OTT debut today but there is a catch.
The period action drama is now available to stream on Amazon Prime Video in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. But, one needs to pay a sum of Rs. 199/- to watch the film as it was released on rental basis. The OTT platform also hinted that the film will be available to all Prime users from November 4, 2022.
PS-1 has Vikram, Karthi, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Jayam Ravi, Trisha, Prakash Raj, Parthiban, and others in lead roles. Madras Talkies produced the movie lavishly in association with Lyca Productions. AR Rahman is the tunesmith for this epic drama.
