Sandalwood blockbuster Premada Oorali doesn’t seem to stop anytime soon. With collections maintaining a remarkable hold, exhibitors have decided to screen the film during the Dussehra festival week too.
This means Superstar Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2, scheduled for an October 15 release, won’t get the desired number of screens in Karnataka, especially with theatres in the district regions preferring the Kannada film.
The emotional family drama is literally wreaking havoc at the ticket windows, and no one expected this level of rampage before its release. Rajini’s films have mostly fared well in this territory, but this time, it won’t be a one-horse race.
