Controversial Hindi movie The Kerala Story, starring Adah Sharma in the lead role, has faced a roadblock in West Bengal. The flick helmed by Sudipto Sen hit the screens last Friday.
The latest news is that the West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee has announced that the controversial movie is banned in the state to avoid any incident of hatred and violence, and to maintain peace in the state. To recall, yesterday, the Tamil Nadu multiplexes stopped screening the film.
On the other hand, the movie’s collections are soaring day by day. Siddhi Idnani, Yogita Bihani, Sonia Balani, Vijay Krishna, and others played pivotal roles in this movie, funded by Vipul Amrutlal Shah under the Sunshine Pictures banner.
