Sensational director Lokesh Kanagaraj has blown away the minds of audiences with his cinematic universe LCU (Lokesh Cinematic Universe). Kaithi, Vikram, and Leo fall under this universe, all of which are box-office blockbusters. A few months back, it was revealed that Lokesh would make a short film explaining the origin of LCU.

According to the latest update, the short film is titled Pillaiyar Suzhi (The Beginning), and Lokesh has already wrapped up the shooting. The short film will be made available for public viewing very soon, and a press meet about it will likely happen on May 20. Lokesh is said to have taken just 20 days to finish the shoot.

Arjun Das, Narain, Kalidas Jayaram, and a few other actors will be part of this short film. Will Lokesh Kanagaraj release the short film on an OTT platform, or will it be dropped on YouTube directly? We must wait and see. Apart from this, Lokesh Kanagaraj is currently working on the script of Rajinikanth’s Coolie.
