Having its own building has been a long pending dream for the Tamil Movie Artiste’s Association (Nadigar Sangam). The association’s General Secretary Vishal had promised to complete the construction of the building before the end of his tenure, but he is still in the process of raising funds.
Today, Vishal and several other Nadigar Sangam members met with the legendary music composer Ilayaraja and requested him to perform at a musical night to raise funds for the building. Ilayaraja obliged their request and both the parties even signed an agreement in this regard. The musical night will be held in January.
