Akkineni family’s heartwarming emotional drama, Manam, was a huge critical and commercial success when the movie hit the screens in 2014. The film had Nagarjuna and his sons Naga Chaitanya and Akhil.
If the latest buzz is anything to go by, Manam will be remade in Malayalam and none other than Malayalam superstar Mammootty will be reprising Nag’s character from the movie, while Dulquer Salmaan will be seen in Naga Chaitanya’s character.
Nitya Menen and Mamata Mohandas will be seen in Samantha and Shriya’s characters respectively, while veteran actor Madhu will be playing ANR’s role.
