Liger is a film that was promoted very well, especially in the North belt. This Vijay Deverakonda starrer has opened to below-par reviews and bad word of mouth. But the collections of the Telugu version were solid on day 1despite the negative talk.

The Hindi version was released today and the news is that the film has earned in the range of 4-4.7 crores nett. This means the film did a fair business on its day 1 even though it didn’t get the expected talk.

Ananya Panday is the female lead. Puri Jagannadh directed this sports drama that is produced by Charmee Kaur, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Puri Jagannadh. It has to be seen how much the film rakes in till the weekend.
