Today, the director attended an event in Coimbatore, where he made a big statement that is now grabbing eyeballs. He said, “Without Thalapathy Vijay sir, there wouldn’t be an LCU. But I don’t know whether he will be part of it again, as you all know where his vision stands today. But any day, the LCU won’t be fulfilled without him.”
Leo, fronted by Thalapathy Vijay and part of the LCU, became a box office blockbuster despite receiving mixed reviews. Before Leo, Lokesh and Vijay collaborated on Master, which was also a commercial success. Since then, the actor-director duo has developed a solid rapport, something Lokesh continues to display in many instances.
