Ajith’s much-awaited action film Vidaamuyarchi is set for a worldwide theatrical release on February 6, 2025, in Tamil and Telugu. Directed by Magizh Thirumeni, the film stars Trisha Krishnan in the lead role.
With just a week left for its release, there has been little promotion to create buzz. Ajith has stayed away from film promotions for years, but even the rest of the team has not made much effort. In Telugu, there is almost no promotional activity, making the film less known to audiences.
The movie may open well in Tamil due to Ajith’s strong fan base, but without even minimal offline promotions, it will be difficult for Vidaamuyarchi to gain attention in Telugu. The film is backed by Lyca Productions, with music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Regina Cassandra, Arjun Sarja, and others play key roles in this action-packed film.
