Initially slated for a simultaneous release with the Tamil version during the festive Sankranthi season, the much-anticipated Kollywood productions, Captain Miller and Ayalaan, are poised to make their mark in the Telugu states on January 26, 2024.
Dhanush takes the lead in Captain Miller, while the charismatic Sivakarthikeyan graces the role in Ayalaan. Despite being regarded as their second home, both films have opted for a surprisingly low-key promotional approach in the Telugu states.
With just four days until release, the absence of press meets or special events in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana raises concerns about their ability to draw audiences to theaters.
