Not so long ago, it was heard the Malayali actor Biju Menon would play the antagonist in the film. But the latest updates suggest that Madhavan has been roped in for the role. We need to wait for an official announcement in this regard from the makers.
Godfather is the Telugu remake of Malayalam blockbuster Lucifer. Chiranjeevi commenced shooting for the film a couple of weeks ago in Hyderabad. The film will also feature Nayanthara, Satya Dev, and Anasuya in the lead roles.
