Mahakali is the next superhero film from Tollywood, with Bhoomi Shetty headlining the project and making it the first female-led superhero film in Telugu cinema. Pooja Kolluri is directing the movie, which is part of the Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe (PVCU).
As per the latest update, the movie also features two prominent female actors in powerful roles. Sriya Reddy and Khushbu Sundar are part of the cast, and the makers are expected to reveal their characters soon.
Rohit Saraf, Rakesh Bedi, Samuthirakani, Rajat Kapoor, Nassar, Murali Sharma, Prudhviraj, and Akshaye Khanna are among the other key actors.
Produced on a grand scale by RKD Studios, Mahakali will have its first glimpse released on Monday, August 24, 2026. Stay tuned for more updates.
