Kannada animation feature Mahavatar Narsimha became a surprising and sensational box office hit in the Telugu and Hindi belts. It opened in theaters across India on July 25, 2025, and overseas a few days later. The movie is on a box office rampage.
The movie made more than Rs. 100 crore nett alone in Hindi, which is an outstanding achievement no star-driven Indian animated film has ever achieved. Now, the makers have announced the 16-day global collections of the movie. According to them, the movie made a sensational Rs. 175 crore, proving the roaring response and craze for the film.
Directed by Ashwin Kumar, this animated film is a part of the MCU – Mahavatar Cinematic Universe. Kleem Productions bankrolled it, while Hombale Films presented it. Sam CS handled the music and score.
