Mahesh Babu Launches Nagabandham Teaser – A Blast of Epic Visuals and Divine Scale

Nagabandham is an upcoming big-budget Telugu mythological drama and marks the second directorial venture of Abhishek Nama. The film stars Virat Karrna in the lead role, and its grand teaser was unveiled today by Superstar Mahesh Babu.

After months of production and growing anticipation, the much-awaited teaser has finally been released, showcasing spectacular visuals and large-scale world-building. With a runtime of over two and half minutes, the teaser offers a powerful glimpse into the film’s epic setting. The visual richness and detailing stand out, reflecting the scale and ambition of the project.

Notably, the teaser features no dialogue, yet it remains gripping throughout. It hints at a priceless hidden treasure of Anantha Padmanabhaswamy Swamy buried deep in the Himalayas that attracts a greedy antagonist. As danger rises, destiny brings forth a protector to safeguard it and maintain balance. Virat Karrna appears intense and commanding in multiple avatars, including a striking Lord Shiva-inspired look.

Blending mythology, mystery, and spiritual elements, the teaser builds strong curiosity around the story. Even without revealing major plot points, it has generated solid buzz and increased expectations for the film. A full trailer is expected to reveal more in the coming days.

The cast also includes Iswarya Menon, Nabha Natesh, Murali Sharma, Jaya Prakash, BS Avinash, and Anasuya Bharadwaj in key roles. The film is presented by Lakshmi Ira and Devansh Nama, and produced by Kishore Annapureddy and Nishitha Nagireddy under NIK Studios and Abhishek Pictures. Abhishek Nama has written the story and screenplay as well. The film is planned for a multi-language theatrical release in Summer 2026.
