Mahesh Babu’s upcoming action drama Spyder is likely to hit the screens in August this year, as per the latest reports. Directed by AR Murugadoss, the film has Mahesh Babu and Rakul Preet in lead roles, and SJ Suryah plays the villain.
The film’s climax is under progress and buzz is that it has been rewritten to avoid similarities with a recently released Tamil film Kavan. The entire film is expected to be wrapped up in May this year and the makers are aiming to release it in Telugu and Tamil on August 11.
Harris Jayaraj has scored the music and Santosh Sivan is the cinematographer.
