Samantha will be next seen in the PAN Indian film Shaakuntalam, directed by Gunasekhar. The trailer and songs released till now garnered a good response. The movie is supposed to release on 17th February, but the makers postponed it due to a few reasons.
It is now announced that the film will release on 14th April 2023 worldwide. A striking poster featuring all the important cast was unveiled to reveal the same. Samantha fans must wait for two more months to see their favorite actress back on the big screens. Dev Mohan is the male lead in this mythological drama.
Icon Star Allu Arjun’s daughter Allu Arha plays Prince Bharata in the film, which is based on the famous play Shaakuntalam. Neelima Guna produced this film under Gunaa Team Works. Aditi Balan, Prakash Raj, Gauthami, Madhoo, Sachin Khedekar, and Ananya Nagalla play vital roles. Mani Sharma is composing the tunes.
