Megastar Chiranjeevi ruled the industry for a long time, and still he continues to command massive support from the audience. His latest film Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu is off to a flying start at the ticket windows.
According to early estimates, the family entertainer directed by Anil Ravipudi took a bumper opening, collecting nearly Rs. 75 crores gross (including paid premieres) on the opening day. Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu is the second biggest opening for any Tollywood senior hero, while the first spot is also under Chiru’s name (Sye Raa).
These are just early predictions, and we need to wait for the actuals for more clarity. Produced by Sahu Garapati and Sushmita Konidela under the banners of Shine Screens and Gold Box Entertainments, the movie features Nayanthara as the female lead. Catherine Tresa, Harshavardhan, Abhinav Gomatam, and Sachin Khedekar played key roles. Venkatesh played a cameo.
