The pre-release event of Nawab was held today in Hyderabad and director Mani Ratnam, Aravinda Swamy and few other stars from the film attended the event and promoted their film.
When asked as to why he chose to make a multi-starrer after a long time, Mani Ratnam said as the span of his story was quite vast, he needed some of the top stars to act in his film.
Adding further, he said that the film will be a gritty action family drama and the performance of all the actors in the movie will be the highlight of Nawab. AR Rahman scores music for this film which will be out this Thursday.
