Ace director Mani Ratnam’s multilingual magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan-1 was released in theaters on September 30, 2022, and ran well at the box office. Jayam Ravi, Vikram, Karthi, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Trisha Krishnan played the lead roles in this epic period drama.

The latest news is that the movie’s Telugu-dubbed version is all set for its world television premiere on February 19, 2023, on Gemini TV at 6 PM. The makers have officially announced it online.

Madras Talkies and Lyca Productions jointly produced this biggie. Popular tunesmith AR Rahman took care of the film’s music. On the other hand, the makers announced that Ponniyin Selvan-2 will be hitting on April 28, 2023.
