Good Night fame Manikandan has recently come up with the romantic drama Lover. Mad fame Sri Gouri Priya played the female lead. The film was released in Telugu as True Lover. SKN and Maruthi released the film in Telugu states. Prabhuram Vyas is the writer and director. The Tamil version garnered decent response in theatres.
The latest update is that the film will be available for streaming from March 27 on Disney Plus Hotstar. The film will make its OTT debut in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada languages from the said date. Lover showcases the intricacies of modern-day relationships through the characters of Manikandan and Sri Gouri Priya.
Lover also stars Kanna Ravi, Saravanan, Geetha Kailasam, Harish Kumar, Nikhila Shankar, and Rini in pivotal roles. Nazerath Pasilian, Magesh Raj Pasilian, and Yuvaraj Ganesan produced the film jointly. Sean Roldan composed the tunes.
