Ever since Kangana Ranaut starrer Manikarnika released, Krish, who directed the film, has opened up a lot on what went wrong between him and Kangana. In recent interviews, he explained how Kangana got insecure about other actors, especially Sonu Sood, getting more prominence and that led to a major rift between the two.
While several Bollywood personalities have come out in support of Krish and criticised Kangana for stealing his credit, two people – Prasoon Joshi and Rangoli, Kangana’s sister – have come forward to refute the allegations made by him.
Supporting Kangana, Prasoon Joshi, who wrote the dialogues and lyrics for the film, stated that she had not only delivered an outstanding performance but also taken the film to another level through her direction and commitment. On the other hand, Rangoli claimed that Kangana reshot 70% of the film with two other cinematographers, and had the final say on the entire edit of the film. She also stated that Kangana oversaw the VFX, sound, and background score in two months.
Now, it remains to be seen how long this controversy is going to unfold in Bollywood.

I have spoken to Kangana and on her behalf I am officially declaring Kangana shot 70 percent of the film ( drama and action) with her primary DOP Kiran Deohans ,2nd DOP Sachin K Krishn and took 100 % final calls on edit with Rameshwar who Krish never met in his life ..@DirKrish
