Maruthi was all praise for Swathi at the trailer launch of London Babulu and said that he was thrilled when she agreed to do the film. “There’s a very good writer and director in Swathi. I was really happy when she said she loved the story of the film,”Maruthi said.
The film stars newcomer Rakshit in the lead role and Swathi is the lead actress. A remake of critically acclaimed Tamil film, Aandavan Kattalai, the film marks the comeback of Swathi after a brief gap.
Directed by B Chinnikrishna, the film has been produced by Maruthi. The film revolves around the journey of one man who is desperate to go to London. More details about the film are awaited.
