Tamil stars Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi-starrer action thriller, Master, stormed the box-office upon its release during the Pongal festive season. The film later had its digital premiere on Amazon Prime Video on January 29 and received a similar response.
Master has completed its first weekend in the digital world and numbers of the film’s streaming views are making a splash on social media. Even though Amazon Prime Video has not come up with any official announcement, fans are busy spreading the word that Master has raked in 9.2 million views on its opening day and a total of 28 million views in the first weekend.
Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Master has grossed over Rs 225 crore worldwide. Andrea Jeremiah and Malavika Mohanan are the leading ladies in the movie.
