Salaar, fronted by Prabhas, opened to terrific collections all over. As per the estimates the movie raked in over 50 crores share in Telugu states. In Karnataka, the film collected around 9 crores share going by the early trends.
Karnataka is one of the biggest markets for Telugu films, and Salaar has taken a remarkable opening here. At the global level, Salaar is expected to earn more than 150 crores gross. If Salaar does that, it would be the biggest Indian opener in 2023.
The movie, directed by Prashanth Neel, also has a sequel. Prithviraj Sukumaran played the friend of Prabhas, while Shruti Haasan played the leading lady. Hombale Films backed this PAN Indian biggie.
