The famous web show Mirzapur is foraying onto the big screen as Mirzapur: The Movie. The much-awaited crime action drama is gearing up for a theatrical release on September 4, 2026.

According to trade reports, Mirzapur: The Movie sold over 30,000 tickets across national chains (PVR, INOX, and Cinepolis) so far. The movie is projected to earn around Rs. 25 crores, which will be a superb opening for a film that is coming from the OTT world.

Helmed by Gurmeet Singh and backed by Excel Entertainment in association with Amazon MGM Studios, the movie features Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyenndu, Rasika Dugal, and Shweta Tripathi Sharma in key roles.
